We will prepare and send Statutory Preliminary 20-day notices in California, Arizona, and any other state requiring us to use its own forms.
We prepare and send STOP NOTICES and, in California, Bonded Stop Notices.
We handle all the paperwork, obtain all the supporting documentation required by state law and prepare the certified mailing documents and other state required forms for you!
